How much does small business marketing cost?
Our most popular plan, Growth, is $1,500 per month and covers local SEO, ongoing site upkeep, reviews, content, conversion, and strategy. One-time website builds start at $2,500, and higher tiers run to $3,500 for a full outsourced marketing team — with custom plans available above that. Ad spend, if any, is billed separately.
Are there any contracts?
No. Every plan is month-to-month, so you can cancel anytime. We also back monthly plans with a 90-day results guarantee — if you don't see measurable improvement in your Upward Score, we keep working free until you do.
What's included in the monthly price?
Strategy, execution, and reporting across the services in your tier — local SEO, Google Business Profile, website hosting and upkeep (a new site build is a one-time Foundation project), review management, content, and a monthly report with a dedicated contact. Paid ad spend, if applicable, is billed separately by the platforms.
Which plan should I choose?
Most local businesses start with Growth to get found and booked, then add paid ads with Growth Plus or a full team with Full Partner as they scale. If you only need your site and profile built, start with Foundation. A free Upward Score will pinpoint the right fit.
Do I pay for Foundation and Growth both — and if I start on Growth, do I get a free website?
You're never charged twice for the same thing. Foundation is a one-time build of a website you own; Growth is the ongoing service that gets you found. Already have a solid site? Skip Foundation — Growth manages and updates what you have. No usable site yet? Growth still works your Google presence, but building a site is a Foundation project, not part of the monthly. Growth manages and updates sites; it doesn't build them.
Do you offer a discount for paying annually?
Yes. Pay annually on any monthly plan and get two months free — roughly a 16% saving — with the same month-to-month flexibility to leave if we're not delivering.
